Food Without Fuss
This is a workshop held by Leah Henzen (Psychologist) who teaches parents and carers proven strategies that will take the stress out of food and feeding your toddler, child or adolescent. Parents and carers will learn simple and practical strategies to help their children freely and joyfully eat both the type and amount of food they need in order to be the healthiest they can be.
Food Without Fuss includes a two-hour group program followed by a problem-solving session a fortnight later where parents and carers can gain assistance with any difficulties they have experienced with using the strategies taught in the program.
